On Thursday, 19th September, Tether and Salesforce co-hosted their first workshop together in The Hilton Deansgate focused on High Tech SMB Success with Salesforce.

Attending were business owners from a variety of industries including recruitment, artificial intelligence, accounting software, and mobile technology.

The workshop kicked off with a talk on technology in High Tech by Salesforce RVP, Conor O’Malley.

Conor handed over to our Managing Director, John Hennessy, for a discussion on the top challenges in the High Tech industry.

After this discussion, John handed over to Katie Kelleher, Strategic Account Executive and Quip Expert, to show how Quip can help address High Tech challenges such as project collaboration and onboarding.

Katie was followed by a Q & A with our Guest Speaker Guy Frankland, Marketing Manager for Valeport and Salesforce Trailblazer, to discuss how Salesforce and Pardot have addressed key business challenges for Valeport, and give some insight into working with a Salesforce Partner.
